Simple fix for Module did not self-register

If you see the following error ...

Module did not self-register Error

Simple fix

... simply remove the node_modules directory and reinstall your npm modules.

/Users/lex/myproject/ $ rm -rf node_modules/
/Users/lex/myproject/ $ npm install
